SOCIAL SECTOR LEADERSHIP

In 2008, I co-founded a non-profit at the intersection of creativity and social change. Over 13 years, we grew this idea into a nationally recognized leader in social innovation and equity-centered design. While most of my time at Design Impact was focused on working with leaders, community members and front-line staff to solve complex problems, I occasionally found time to reflect and write. Below are a few selected essays and recorded talks.
